My clients are high-performing professionals navigating demanding careers and juggling conflicting responsibilities and burnout.

I work with adults facing a range of challenges, particularly professionals navigating demanding careers, personal expectations, and inner conflict. You might appear successful on the outside, but inside, things feel harder to hold together.

Therapy is an opportunity to slow down and deeply reflect. It's a time to consider not just  problems, but your values, desires, and direction. You may be struggling with:

  • Persistent anxiety or low mood

  • Burnout or emotional exhaustion

  • Impostor syndrome, perfectionism, or inner pressure to always “do more”

  • Career crossroads or transitions

  • A sense that something’s missing, despite external success

  • Difficulty finding meaning in your work or daily life

Together, in my therapy room near Harley Street in London or online, we’ll explore how to create a more balanced and authentic relationship with work, self, and others.

What to expect in therapy

A thoughtful, non-judgmental space to explore your life, career, and emotional world

As a therapist, I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid methods. My approach is relational, empathetic and grounded in the Existential tradition. I offer a space where you can explore what it means to be you, beyond roles, titles, or expectations.

My clients often come to therapy when something feels "off" but they can't quite name it. Perhaps you’re managing anxiety, depression, burnout, or feeling disconnected from your purpose? Or maybe your work no longer feels fulfilling, and you're wondering what’s next? Whatever the challenge you are facing, therapy can give you an opportunity to explore and heal.

In our sessions, you can expect:

  • A collaborative, reflective process, not problem-solving, but exploration

  • A chance to examine the deeper questions beneath the stress or struggle

  • Support in navigating identity, choice, meaning, and change

  • A confidential space to speak openly, without pressure or performance

Whatever your background, or your reasons for seeking help, therapy is a powerful way for you to connect with who you are and what you want from your life and work

About me

Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent over 25 years working at a senior level in global pharmaceutical communications, leading teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and advising leaders through periods of significant organisational change.

I hold a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Regent's University London. My approach is grounded in existential and phenomenological principles. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP 413893) and an active member of the Society for Existential Analysis. My clinical training included long-term placements within the NHS and Mind.

I am also an accredited leadership coach with the International Coaching Federation (ACC). This dual background means I understand both the inner world of the person sitting in front of me and the professional context they are navigating. I welcome referrals from coaches, HR leaders, and People Directors for individuals who may benefit from therapeutic support alongside or beyond their current coaching.
